Pasadena High School Football Star & District 5 Councilman, Victor Gordo, is looking forward to the inaugural season of FCCL! 

City Council returns to session on September 10th.  For the next few months, I’m going to try something a little different.

I’m going to be keeping my own tally, using the official and complicated Aaron Proctor Scoring System, on the goings on of City Council.  Each council member will earn a certain amount of points per week.  All 8 Council members (yes, this includes Mayor Bogaard) will be divided into two conferences. Every weekend, I’ll post the points accrued by City Council members from that past Monday’s meeting.
At the end of the “season”, which should be around the Christmas/New Years holidays, I’ll take the top two council members from each conference and put them into a sudden-death “final four” elimination tournament.
The winner of the Fantasy City Council League will be crowned the 2007-08 Champion (and might even actually get a makeshift trophy in real life).
