Pasadena’s first (and so far, only) City-Wide elected Mayor since the 40’s, Bill is now in his third term as Mayor - most recently routing yours truly in the 2007 election with 88% of the vote.

Bill serves as an affable referee of Pasadena government and rarely gets overly happy or angry about anything. Most people say he’s a good Mayor and a very popular person, having little enemies.

Many feel he should wear a referee uniform and carry yellow and red flags like in the NFL. At a young 170 years old, Bill likes cycling and taking 5 minutes to say a sentence with four words.
